Legislators are expected to propose two bills on Monday related to legalizing marijuana use for adults and tax it in an effort to generates tens of millions of dollars for the state. Senators Richard Madaleno, William C. Smith Jr. and Delegates Mary Washington and David Moon will sponsor the legislation, according to a news release.
