Baltimore’s new Arena Football League team will be named the Brigade. Monumental Sports and Entertainment, the owners of the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., AFL teams, will unveil the team name, logo, colors and uniforms at Royal Farms Arena at 11 a.m. But an MTA bus outside the arena ahead of the press event is wrapped in a Baltimore Brigade advertisement.
