Kimco Realty Corp. has inked three new leases for its redeveloped Wilde Lake Village Center in Columbia. Starbucks, Dynamic Dental Care LLC and Salons by JC are new tenants in the 7.4-acre suburban Howard County center that recently underwent a $18.1 million makeover. The mixed-use center has 41,000 square feet of retail, 20,000 square feet of restaurant space and 30,000 square feet of office space.
