GlaxoSmithKline has a new landlord in Rockville. The three-building, 635,058-square-foot GSK Global Vaccine Centre at 14200 Shady Grove Road has been sold to an unnamed buyer for $337.5 million, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP announced Monday.
