U.S. Army Corps signs big lease to move Baltimore HQ to vacant 2 Hopkins Plaza

The mostly vacant 2 Hopkins Plaza office tower is about to get a new life. The General Services Administration has signed a 15-year lease for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to relocate its Baltimore District headquarters to 143,000 square feet inside the building. More than 600 employees will relocate from the Army Corps’ current space at the City Crescent Building at 10 S.
