The number of neighborhoods that will be a part of Light City Baltimore 2017 have grown to go along with the longer event schedule. The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts announced Tuesday the neighborhoods will that will participate in Neighborhood Lights, Light City’s community artist-in-residence program.
