​MGM imports industry veterans to run National Harbor food and beverage

MGM National Harbor is rounding out its culinary team with the appointment of a casino-wide beverage director, pastry chef, restaurant director and others. The new staff members will work alongside Executive Chef Jason Johnston in the operation of all the non-celebrity-chef-driven restaurants and food and beverage in the casino and hotel.
