Since Victoria Gastro Pub opened in Columbia nine years ago the Marriner family behind the popular restaurant has not rested on their laurels. With Howard County’s first farmhouse brewery up and running on the family’s farm and a new large-scale restaurant in the works for Clarksville to open next year, the Marriners have decided to jump into the tavern game. Manor Hill Tavern, named after the Manor Hill Brewing Co., is set to open at 3733 Old Columbia Pike in Ellicott City by the end of September.…
