A longstanding empty space on Calvert Street is about to undergo redevelopment by the end of the summer and be transformed into downtown Baltimore’s newest hotel. The property at 25 S. Calvert St. is owned by Allstar Hotels LLC out of New Jersey and owner Ronak Patel declined to confirm the brand and opening timeline of the hotel coming to the property.
