Preservationists make case for why the Bel-Loc Diner shouldn't be razed

Preservationists are optimistic a petition will help save the 52-year-old Bel-Loc Diner in Parkville from being demolished to make way for a new Starbucks. Preservation Maryland has received just shy of 1,000 electronic signatures and hundreds of shares across social media since posted on Monday. But the petition may not be enough.
