Storms rip through Greater Baltimore, leaving thousands without power

A strong band of storms ripped through Baltimore on Tuesday afternoon, leaving some roads flooded and 35,000 Baltimore Gas and Electric customers without power. The worst of the outages are in Howard County, where an estimated 20,000 people are without power as of 2:45 p.m. Columbia was under a tornado warning for about 20 minutes, but a tornado never touched ground.
