Legg Mason CEO Sullivan sees compensation drop slightly to $10.2M

Legg Mason CEO Joseph A. Sullivan earned $10.2 million in total compensation during the company’s 2016 fiscal year that ended March 31, the company said Wednesday in federal filings. Sullivan, last year the second-highest-paid CEO in Greater Baltimore, saw his compensation fall by $355,988, or 3.3 percent, from 2015.
