If you’re looking to live in Baltimore area, it may make more sense to rent than to buy — unless you’re planning long-term. A new report released by Zillow ranking the “sweet spots” for homeownership shows that residents need to stay in the same home in Baltimore for two and a half years before it makes more sense to buy than it does to rent.
