The Baltimore Community Foundation has surpassed its three-year goal of raising $100 million, the organization announced Thursday, which will allow for greater investments in public education and needy neighborhoods. The campaign raised $103.7 million with contributions coming from more than 250 donors, including individuals, business owners and private foundations. Gifts ranged from $10,000 to $16 million.
