The Washington Nationals will continue to wait for a $99 million payment from the Baltimore Orioles-controlled Mid-Atlantic Sports Network as the Orioles plan to appeal a judge’s ruling on the matter again. New York Supreme Court Justice Joel Cohen put a stay on the judgment on Monday after the Orioles filed a notice of appeal, according to an ESPN report.
