CEI Collision & Fleet Safety is laying off 66 employees in Sparks as part of its parent company’s move to consolidate jobs in Pennsylvania. The company, a subsidiary of Toronto, Canada-based Element Fleet Management, notified the Maryland Department of Labor of the layoffs on Nov. 19, according to a state filing.
