It’s billed as “Santa’s theme park” — and no wonder. The annual Kennedy Krieger Institute’s Festival of Trees transforms the Maryland State Fairgrounds into a winter wonderland each year, with more than 800 decorated trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses.
