Federal investigation highlights misdeeds at nonprofit founded by Pugh

A community-based job training center in Park Heights has emerged as a focal point in the ongoing federal corruption probe of former Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh that led to an 11-count indictment against Pugh on Wednesday. The Maryland Center for Adult Training was highlighted in two guilty pleas unsealed by Robert Hur, the U.S. Attorney for Maryland.
