T. Rowe Price Group Inc. CEO William J. Stromberg received a 12 percent increase in pay after steering the money manager to another year of increased revenue and earnings. Stromberg’s compensation totaled $13.1 million in 2018, up from $11.7 million the prior year, according to T. Rowe Price’s proxy statement filed on Thursday. A committee of Baltimore-based T.
