Former Baltimore City Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa was sentenced to 10 months in federal prison Friday for failing to file three years of federal tax returns. De Sousa, 54, pled guilty to the charges in December. He had resigned as the city’s top cop in May 2018, days after he was charged. As part of his sentencing by U.S. District Judge Catherine C.
