The shuttered farm-to-table restaurant In Bloom will soon be replaced by an Asian eatery in Federal Hill. Husband-and-wife team Pornchai Rungrojcharoenkit and Nattawan Khumjarurat plan to open a new restaurant in the space at 1444 Light St. in the next two or three months. The couple, which also owns Lazy Fish Sushi in Frederick and Sumittra Thai Cuisine in Charles Town, West Virginia, have not yet decided upon a name for the eatery, Rungrojcharoenkit said.
