Cynthia Knox, who showcased her baking skills on the Netflix show “Sugar Rush,” is bringing a new outpost of her Halethorpe bakery close to the Baltimore area. Knox plans to open a second location of her business, Cakes By Cynthia, on March 13 at 901 North Point Blvd., near the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
