Baltimore-area home sale prices reached their highest February level of the decade last month, but overall sales continued to declined. Homes sold for an average of $249,450 in February, up 1.8 percent from the same period a month before, according to data provided by MarketStats by ShowingTime based on listing activity from Bright MLS.
