Phillips Foods and Seafood Restaurants Inc. has named a longtime company executive to succeed its founder as CEO. Dean Flowers, a 35-year veteran of the Baltimore-based seafood company, has been promoted to president and CEO, a role previously held by the company’s founder, Steve Phillips.
