Menswear company Paul Fredrick is moving its corporate headquarters to Baltimore County from Pennsylvania, with plans to add 70 new jobs over the next five years. The company, which is led by former Jos. A. Bank executives, will lease 10,000 square feet of space at an undisclosed location in the county.
