After more than a year of attempts to lure grocery stores to some of the city’s underserved neighborhoods, a small family-owned chain is planning to open a market at Northwest Plaza. Harvest Fare Supermarket will open Sept. 1 in a 47,525-square-foot building at the strip mall at 4600 W. Northern Parkway, city officials and developer Klein Enterprises said Thursday.
