Baltimore’s Kennedy Krieger Institute has tapped former Maryland State Superintendent of Schools Nancy Grasmick to be the new chair of its board of directors. She is the first woman to hold the position at the organization. Grasmick replaces outgoing board chair Howard B. Miller. The institution also named Baltimore Ravens’ President Dick Cass as the new vice chair of the board to replace Grasmick, who held the position for four years.
