Engineering firm Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is expanding at McHenry Row in Locust Point. The firm has inked a deal to remain in the South Baltimore community and grow into 5,459 square feet at a new building set to open this fall. The company moved into 3,400-square-feet of space in another McHenry Row building at 1215 E. Fort Ave. in 2017.
