Light City prompts restaurant promotions, glow-in-the-dark cocktails

With shimmering drinks, scenic cruises and freebies, Baltimore restaurants are hoping to snag some extra business as droves of visitors head to the Inner Harbor this weekend for Light City. Organizers expect the light-filled festival, which kicks off Saturday and runs through April 21, to bring in more than last year’s 470,000 visitors, Mayor Catherine Pugh said Wednesday.
