Mayor Catherine Pugh said Wednesday she expects the Light City festival that opens this weekend at the Inner Harbor to attract more than last year’s 470,000 visitors. The mayor’s optimism extended to the tourism revenue stream that Light City could attract for the city, also hoping that it will top last year’s economic impact of $44.3 million.
