Lowe’s has been confirmed as a tenant at Mill Station, the redevelopment project taking place at the former Owings Mills Mall site. The Baltimore Business Journal reported in September the big-box home improvement chain was one of several retailers set to anchor the 45-acre development. Lowe’s (NYSE: LOW) will occupy a 132,825-square-foot building that is expected to open in January. The Lowe’s will include a 21,587-square-foot garden center.
