Skip the Caesar salad? Some Baltimore restaurants banish romaine during E. coli scare

It’s not exactly the best time to be craving a Caesar salad. With more than 50 people sickened by E. Coli-contaminated romaine lettuce in recent weeks, kale, spinach or arugula might be a safer bet for the time being.
