Looney’s Pub will open a new location in Perry Hall, co-owner Bill Larney announced Friday. Larney said the new Looney’s will take over a space on Belair Road that previously housed The Harp Restaurant & Catering, a sports bar that closed last summer. The pub will open in late summer or early fall, according to his post, and feature 100 TVs, live music, a raw bar and a menu similar to other Looney’s pubs, “with some upgrades.” Larney also promised “a nice surprise.” A photo attached to his post…
