Longtime W.R. Grace & Co. CEO Fred Festa will step down from his role next year. Festa, 57, has been CEO of the Columbia-based chemical and materials manufacturer since 2005. He will remain non-executive chairman after he steps down in the fourth quarter of 2018. During his tenure, Festa led Grace out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
