R&R Taqueria, popular for its authentic Mexican food and an appearance on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” plans to open a new location in downtown Baltimore. The restaurant is taking a vacant 2,500-square-foot space at what is known as 30 Light St., but the location is at the intersection of Charles and Lombard streets.
