The Lord & Taylor in Annapolis, one of two of the luxury department store chain’s remaining locations in the Baltimore area, plans to close next year. The closure of the store at the Westfield Annapolis shopping mall will result in the loss of 141 jobs, according to the state’s labor department and the company.
