Fells Point’s Diablo Doughnuts will find a new home in the Federal Hill neighborhood early next year. The gourmet doughnut shop has signed a lease to move into the recently closed Felici Cafe spot at 1035 Light St., owner Michael Roslan said Friday. He’s aiming to open there by early January.
