The University of Maryland, College Park ranked as the 20th best college in the country on a new list compiled by Money magazine. Money ranked 711 colleges and universities across the country based on educational quality, affordability and alumni success. Johns Hopkins University and Towson University also ranked high on the list. Twenty-seven different factors were taken into account, including average SAT scores upon admission, yearly cost and the percentage of students that receive grant money.…
