Howard County manufacturing firm ELTA North America has selected Maryland as the home for its new Cyber Innovation Center, Gov. Larry Hogan announced Tuesday. The announcement follows the opening of ELTA’s new headquarters in Annapolis Junction in May. The company, a subsidiary of Israel Aerospace Industries, designs and manufactures radar and other electronic systems.
