Sales of the Alta47 townhomes in Locust Point are expected to begin in mid-August, just a few months after the development officially broke ground. The 47 townhomes, located on two city blocks at the corner of Towson and Beason streets, are being developed by Greenbelt-based Bozzuto Group and Baltimore-based War Horse Cities.
