A full downtown office building will be up for lease early next year. The 307,000-square-foot City Crescent at 10 S. Howard St. is expected to be vacant by April, according to JLL, which is handling leasing for the space. The building’s largest tenant, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, is moving its 600 local employees from City Crescent into the renovated 2 Hopkins Plaza building just one block east.
