Local hot sauce maker Huckle’s is moving its production to a permanent space inside Union Craft Brewing’s new project in the Hampden-Medfield neighborhood. Huckle’s will be open a production facility, test kitchen and retail space inside the Union Collective starting in January. Currently, Huckle’s makes its products inside the Lauraville restaurant Maggie’s Farm during the kitchen’s off-hours. Huckle’s new space will be about 6,000 square feet.
