Two food truck owners appeared in city court again Wednesday, challenging a law that prevents them from operating within 300 feet of brick-and-mortar businesses that sell similar food. Both the food truck owners — Joey Vinoni of the Pizza di Joey and Nikki McGowan of the MindGrub truck — and the city have filed a motion for summary judgment from the Baltimore City Circuit Court.
