A popular local jeweler will soon be making the move from Towson Town Center to The Shops at Kenilworth. Radcliffe Jewelers will soon begin packing to vacate its 10,000-square-foot retail location at the suburban mall in late 2018 for new digs a couple miles away at Kenilworth where a nearly $30 million redevelopment is in full swing.
