These Maryland laws affecting businesses went into effect July 1

The law making it possible for the proposed Guinness brewing facility and taproom in Baltimore County to move forward went into effect Saturday, along with an assortment of other legislation. House Bill 1283 was one of the most talked about bills during the legislative session.
