The two properties that comprise the current Baltimore Sun complex settled last month for a total purchase price of $15.5 million. The properties — on 5.5 acres at 401, 501 and 601 N. Calvert St. — were sold to Atapco Properties by Chicago-based Tribune Media in late May.
