Shady Grove Fertility has merged with Georgia Reproductive Services, an Atlanta-based fertility clinic, in a move that expands the Rockville company beyond the mid-Atlantic for the first time and could be the first of many expansions. The new entity, to be known as SGF Atlanta, currently has about 750 employees and plans to add 50 more as a result of the merger, said Shady Grove Fertility CEO Mark Segal.
