Baltimore’s first mini-golf course — albeit a downsized one — will open on July 21 to coincide with the annual Artscape festival. The eight-hole course in Station North, an effort by Station North Arts & Entertainment Inc. and the Maryland Institute College of Art, will open to the public on the first day of Artscape, the arts and music festival.
