McCormick to add French's mustard, Frank's RedHot in $4.2 billion deal

McCormick & Co. Inc. has agreed to pay $4.2 billion for British consumer goods giant Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc’s food division, a deal that includes Frank’s RedHot sauce and French’s mustard. The acquisition is the 128-year-old spice maker’s largest ever.
