Jazz+Soju, a Korean barbecue restaurant, has signed on to open in the new Anthem House apartment project in Locust Point. The concept will open in late fall/early winter in 2,310 square feet on the first floor of the Fort Avenue building, said John M. Pezzulla, the vice president of retail assets for the Bozzuto Group. Michelle Min, the restaurant’s owner, also operates Roosterspin, a Korean barbecue and karaoke restaurant in Westfield, New Jersey. Min was unavailable to comment on the new location…
